Products & Pricing– All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or material.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially for bulk or custom orders.
– Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to most products unless stated otherwise.

Quotation Validity– All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
– Pricing may vary depending on stock availability, printing requirements, and market conditions.

Artwork & Printing– Customers must provide high-resolution artwork in AI, PDF, or EPS formats.
– A digital visual/mockup will be sent for approval before production.
– We will not be held responsible for errors approved in the final artwork.
– Printing tolerances of ±5% in alignment or color may occur.

GeneralBy placing an order with GiftsDepot.my, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms– Full payment is required before production, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance.
– Accepted methods: Bank transfer / FPX / TT / DuitNow.
– Payment confirmation must be sent for order processing.

Order Cancellation & Refunds– Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once artwork is approved and production has begun.
– In the event of defective goods, please contact us within 3 working days upon receipt with photo proof.
– Refunds or reprints are offered only for confirmed manufacturing errors.

Limitation of Liability– We shall not be held liable for any consequential loss, damages, or delays beyond our control.
– Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Copyright & Trademarks– You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo or design submitted for printing.
– GiftsDepot.my reserves the right to decline any artwork deemed offensive or infringing.

Lead Time & Delivery– Standard production takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval and full payment.
– Express service may be available upon request (charges apply).
– Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for courier delays.
