Delivery & Returns
At GiftsDepot.my, we ensure a smooth and fast delivery process for all corporate gift orders within Malaysia. Our delivery services are split into two categories:
Local Delivery (Klang Valley Area) — Free Delivery
We provide free doorstep delivery using our own dispatch team for orders within the Klang Valley area. Once your order is ready, our crew will deliver it directly to your office or preferred location within 1–2 working days.
Outstation Delivery (Outside Klang Valley)
For deliveries outside the Klang Valley, we partner with City-Link Express to deliver your orders nationwide.
Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days depending on your location
Additional courier charges apply, based on City-Link’s current rates
Lead Time for Delivery
The production and delivery timeline depends on the type of product ordered:
– Ready Stock Gifts
Orders confirmed before 4 PM (Mon–Fri) will be delivered within 1–2 working days (Klang Valley) or shipped out via courier for outstation delivery.
– Customized Printing Gifts
For items that require custom logo printing, please allow 7–10 working days after artwork approval.
– Fully Custom-Made Gifts
Products made entirely from scratch or import from china may take 45 workings days depending on the complexity.
– Ready Stock Gifts

Returns & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
– Defective or damaged during delivery
– Significantly different from the confirmed mockup or quotation

3.Our team will assist you with return/exchange arrangements
Return Timeline:
1.For ready stock gifts, returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
2.For custom-made items (especially products made in China), returns are only accepted if there is a defect or printing error. Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, the return and replacement process may take 2–3 weeks.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
